El menaje doméstico que introduzcan las personas no residentes en el país cuando ingresen al territorio nacional para fijar en él su residencia, pagarán un gravamen del quince por ciento (15%) ad valorem que para todos los efectos constituirá un gravamen o derecho único de aduanas.
