Art. 13. Las disposiciones de este Decreto regirán mientras el Poder Ejecutivo nacional dicta las definitivas a que deben quedar sometidos los comprometidos en la rebelión. Art.14. Este decreto será publicado por bando en cada municipio en dos días de concurso.
