Ascenso De Oficiales Mercantes

Decreto 1428 de 2007 · por el cual se compilan las normas del Decreto-ley 1790 de 2000, “por el cual se modifica el decreto que regula las normas de carrera del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares”.

Ascenso de Oficiales mercantes . Los Oficiales mercantes egresados de la Escuela Naval de Cadetes “Almirante Padilla” que hayan aprobado el curso correspondiente para ascenso podrán optar los siguientes grados en la reserva, así

Oficial de puente de altura u oficial maquinista de altura como teniente de corbeta de la reserva;

Oficial de puente de primera u oficial maquinista de primera como teniente de navío de la reserva, y

Capitán de altura o ingeniero jefe como capitán de corbeta de la reserva.
