º . Procesos ejecutivos . El Gerente Liquidador deberá dar aviso a los jueces de la República del inicio del proceso de liquidación con el fin de que terminen los procesos ejecutivos en curso contra la entidad, advirtiendo que deben acumularse al proceso de liquidación y que no se podrá continuar ninguna otra clase de proceso contra la entidad sin que se notifique personalmente al Gerente Liquidador.
