El Registrador Nacional reglamentará, por medio de resoluciones, que someterá a la aprobación del Ministerio de Educación, todo lo relacionado con la marcha de la oficina a su cargo, y también fijará los modelos necesarios para las actas de registro de propiedad que corresponde a cada uno de los libros de que trata el artículo 3º. del presente Decreto, para los memoriales de petición y para cada una de las diligencias que deban sentarse en la oficina.
