Art. 6.° Lo dispuesto en esta lei no obsta para que el Poder Ejecutivo lleve a efecto lo prevenido en la parto final del artículo 7.° de la lei de 2 de julio de 1870, siempre que tenga efecto la condicion exijida en dicho artículo.
