Destinación de recursos para la administración del Fondo para el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de Interés Social . Las Cajas de Compensación Familiar que constituyan Fondo para Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de Interés Social, podrán imputar a su respectivo Fondo el valor de los costos y gastos en que incurran para su administración, y en cumplimiento de sus obligaciones legales y reglamentarias sin exceder del cinco por ciento (5%) del valor correspondiente a las transferencias mensuales por concepto de aportes al Fondo.
