ARTICULO 5 º Adóptanse como legislación permanente las siguientes disposiciones del Decreto legislativo 2490 de 1988: Artículo 3º. Cuando las lesiones personales se ocasionen por quien pertenezca a grupo armado, las penas previstas en el artículo 31 del Decreto legislativo 180 de 1988 se incrementarán en otro tanto.
