Delegación de funciones. El artículo 146 del Decreto 1651 de 1961 quedare así: "Los funcionarios del nivel ejecutivo de la Dirección General de Impuestos podrán delegar las funciones que la Ley les asigne, en los funcionarios del nivel ejecutivo o profesional de las dependencias bajo su responsabilidad, mediante resolución que será aprobada por el superior del mismo. En el caso del Director General de Impuestos, esta resolución no requerirá tal aprobaban.
