Los Gobernadores de los Departamentos en que actualmente se halla establecida la administración oficial de la renta de Licores y que de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 8ª puedan conservar ese sistema ó cambiarlo por el de remates, avisarán antes del 15 del próximo mes de Junio al Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro la manera como resuelvan administrar esa Renta.
