Las visas, diplomática, de cortesía, oficial, de servicio, de turismo, de turismo con automóvil, especial de residente, de tránsito y los permisos especiales de tránsito fronterizo, serán expedidas gratuitamente. Las visas, temporal, ordinaria, de negocios, de residente, de estudiante, así como las tarjetas de turismo y de tránsito estarán sujetas a las tarifas señaladas por el Gobierno Nacional sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en tratados internacionales vigentes.
