Base de cotización de los trabajadores independiente. La base de cotización para los trabajadores independientes será determinada sobre los ingresos que calcule la EPS de acuerdo con el sistema de presunción de ingresos teniendo en cuenta la información de que trata el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 145 del Decreto-ley 1298 de 1994. Para el efecto se utilizará el Sistema de Identificación de Beneficiarios que fue adoptado por resolución del Departamento Nacional de Planeación número 65 de marzo 25 de 1994. Todas las cotizaciones que efectúen estos afiliados, se entenderán hechas para cada período, de manera anticipada y no por mes vencido.
