SUSPENSIÓN DEL TÉRMINO PARA RESOLVER. Cuando se practique inspección tributaria, el término para fallar los recursos, se suspenderá mientras dure la inspección, si ésta se practica a solicitud del contribuyente, responsable, agente retenedor o declarante, y hasta por tres (3) meses cuando se practica de oficio.
