Notificación por Edicto. Si no se puede hacer la notificación personal al cabo de diez (10) días del envío de la citación, se fijará edicto en la sede de la Administración Aduanera por el término de diez (10) días con inserción de la parte resolutiva del acto administrativo. El edicto deberá indicar el nombre e identificación del interesado, el número y fecha del acto administrativo que se está notificando, la parte resolutiva del mismo y la fecha y hora en que se fija.
