Art. 12. Cuando las faltas cometidas por los empleados subalternos ó la conducta de éstos, fueren de aquellas que merecieren remoción del empleo, el Jefe respectivo solicitará esta medida acompañando los documentos comprobantes, sin perjuicio de decretar la suspensión.
