En las etiquetas, marbetes y empaques de las drogas que requieran para su venta prescripción facultativa, debe aparecer, además de las leyendas a que se refiere el artículo 6° del decreto 1529 del 15 de junio de 1964, el nombre del titular de la licencia, el del laboratorio fabricante y el de su director técnico.
