Cuando se trate de reemplazar socios en empresas comunitarias, tendrán derecho preferencial a ser admitidos el cónyuge, compañero o compañera permanente uno de los hijos y los trabajadores dependientes de empresa, quienes deben cumplir con los requisitos para ser admitidos en calidad de socios. Los estatutos podrán establecer restricciones para la admisión de socios, por razones de parentesco con los asociados.
