Art. 171. Al devolver una cuenta para su reforma, el Administrador determinará la multa en que incurra el responsable por cada día de retardo después del plazo fijado por el Contador. Esta multa, que no pasará de un peso diario, es sin perjuicio de los apremios legales con que puede compeler al empleado el respectivo Gobernador del Departamento, si fueren necesarios, para la devolución de la cuenta.
