º . Modifícase el inciso 1º del artículo 4º del Decreto 2440 de 2005. El inciso quedará como a continuación se transcribe: " Artículo 4º. Limitación de costos y deducciones. La limitación prevista en el artículo 177-1 del Estatuto Tributario, modificado por el artículo 82 de la Ley 964 de 2005, respecto de las rentas exentas a que se refiere el artículo 56 de la Ley 546 de 1999, solo aplicará a partir del año gravable 2011".
