La normatividad expedida por el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones en relación con títulos habilitantes, con fundamento en las funciones que le fueron asignadas en normas anteriores a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1341 de 2009 y las cuales se reiteran para el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones en dicha ley, continuarán vigentes, hasta tanto entren en vigencia sus artículos 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 y 15.
