º Las planillas por concepto del pago de la "prima de trabajo" a que se refiere el artículo anterior, serán refrendadas por la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil en las obras que se realicen en la Sabana de Bogotá, y por el Ingeniero Director de la obra y pro el Comandante de la respectiva Guarnición, en las obras que queden situadas fuera de dicha zona.
