° . Procedencia de la adjudicación de bienes a favor de la Nación. La adjudicación de bienes regulada en el presente decreto procederá una vez se declare desierto el remate después de la tercera licitación, siempre y cuando la misma no resulte gravosa ni genere detrimento patrimonial o mayores costos para el Estado. Para el efecto, se requiere concepto técnico de la Secretaría General de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, que determine la viabilidad de la adjudicación.
