LIMPIEZA. La limpieza, lavado y desinfección de equipos y utensilios que tengan contacto con alimentos o bebidas, se harán en tal forma y con implementos o productos que no generen ni dejen sustancias peligrosas durante su uso.

Parágrafo

El uso de lubricantes, utensilios, equipos y productos de limpieza, lavado y desinfección se ajustarán a las normas que para tal efecto establezca el Ministerio de Salud. DE LAS OPERACIONES DE ELABORACIÓN, PROCESO Y EXPENDIO
