Artículo único En la Imprenta Nacional y por cuenta del Gobierno se hará una edición de 2.000 ejemplares de un folleto que contenga el proyecto de ley por el cual se reforma la ley 32 de 1880, juntamente con su exposición de motivos, la correspondiente ponencia, su pliego de modificaciones y los conceptos emitidos sobre dicho proyecto. Comuníquese y publiquecse.
