Desechos. Los desechos que se generen por cualquier proceso productivo, incluyendo los envases y embalajes, adquieren las características de mercancía peligrosa. Por lo tanto, su manejo y transporte se debe realizar cumpliendo los mismos requisitos y obligaciones contemplados en esta Sección de acuerdo con la clasificación dada en el literal F, numeral 3 del artículo 2.2.1.7.8.1.1.del presente Decreto.
