Los Directores Departamentales de Higiene tendrán a su cargo el cumplimiento de las prescripciones anteriores, y todos los agentes de la Administración Publica estarán obligados a prestarles auxilio. Los mismos Directores de Higiene podrán imponer multas a los agentes del servicio administrativo que no presten el auxilio requerido.
