Cuando un endoso sea condicional, la parte requerida para hacer el pago puede desatender la condición y pagar al endosatario o su cesionario, sea que la condición se haya cumplido o nó. Pero cualquier persona a quien se haya endosado un instrumento así transferido, conservará aquél o sus productos, sujeto a los derechos de la persona que lo ha endosado condicionalmente.
