Adición Al Presupuesto De Gastos Del Sistema General De Regalías

Decreto 317 de 2021 · “Por el cual se cierra el presupuesto de la vigencia 2019 - 2020 y se adiciona el presupuesto del bienio 2021-2022 del Sistema General de Regalías incorporando la Disponibilidad Inicial 2021-2022 y el saldo del mayor recaudo 2017 – 2018”

Adición al Presupuesto de Gastos del Sistema General de Regalías. Atendiendo las homologaciones a las que se refiere el artículo 205 de la Ley 2056 de 2020 y el artículo 2,1.1,1.5. del Decreto 1821 de 2020, adiciónese al Presupuesto de Gastos del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio del 10 de enero de 2021 al 31 de diciembre de 2022, la suma de DIECIOCHO BILLONES DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y TRES MIL OCHOCIENTOS CUARENTA Y SIETE MILLONES SEISCIENTOS SETENTA MIL TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($18,233.847.670 .339), así : Detalle No. 2 del DECRETO 317 DEL 30 DE MARZO DE 2021.pdf

Parágrafo 1

Mediante documento Anexo No. 3 que hace parte integral del presente decreto, se detallan los recursos de las Asignaciones Directas (20% del SGR) por entidad beneficiaria.

Parágrafo 2

Mediante documento Anexo No. 4, que hace parte integral del presente decreto, se detallan los recursos de la Asignación para la Inversión Local según NBI y Cuarta, Quinta y Sexta categoría por beneficiarios.

Parágrafo 3

Mediante documento Anexo No. 5, que hace parte integral del presente decreto, se detallan los recursos del Fondo Nacional de Pensiones de las Entidades Territoriales (FONPET) por beneficiarios.
