El personal que se halle en comisión quedará sometido a la jurisdicción disciplinaria del superior a cuyas órdenes se encuentre. En este caso, el superior que imponga una sanción o confiera una distinción dará cuenta al superior de la Unidad o Repartición correspondiente, para su registro en el Folio de Vida del interesado
