Adiciónase el artículo 2 º del Decreto número 2696 de noviembre 1 º de 1984, en el sentido de que igualmente actuarán como asesores permanentes del Con s ejo Nacional de Recursos Energéticos, el Gerente del Instituto de Fomento Industrial -IFI - ; el Gerente de Interconexión Eléctrica S. A. -ISA-; el Gerente de la Empresa de Energía Eléctrica de Bogotá y el Director General del Centro de Asistencia y Educación Agrícola " Las Gaviotas " .
