ARTICULO 82 . Cuerpo especializado. Con el fin de optimizar, tecnificar y garantizar la eficiencia y eficacia en el adelantamiento de los procesos por enriquecimiento ilícito, la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales, tendrá un cuerpo especializado de Investigadores los cuales estarán adscritos a la unidad investigadora del Nivel Central, que contará con los medios técnicos y logísticos adecuados para tal fin, como también con funciones de Policía Judicial.
