De la emisión se extenderá el acta correspondiente, observando un procedimiento análogo al de la extinguida Junta de Conversión, y dejando constancia precisa en ella de la cantidad de billetes que se toman de los tipos legales en cada caso, y se entregan al Banco de la República para que éste atienda únicamente al cambio de los billetes representativos de oro, deteriorados.
