Artículo único. Apruébese los siguientes Decretos expedidos por el Gobernador de Santander: EL de 8 de Marzo de 1902, "sobre aumentó de los derechos que se cobran por rentas municipales" El da 26 de Agosto del mismo año, "sobre auxilio para el Hospital de Caridad de esta ciudad" (Bucaramanga). El de 31 de Octubre del mismo año, "por el cual se aumentan los auxilios a los Establecimientos de Beneficencia." Comuníquese y publíquese.
