º . Modifícase el literal a) del numeral 4.2 del artículo 4º del Decreto 2131 de 2003, el cual quedará así: "a) La atención en salud de la población desplazada por la violencia, asegurada en el régimen contributivo, régimen subsidiado o en un régimen de excepción, debe ser garantizada por la respectiva entidad de aseguramiento en la entidad territorial receptora, para lo cual deberá adoptar los mecanismos, convenios y procedimientos que garanticen la prestación de los servicios en salud a sus afiliados".
