La Comisión Interinstitucional Creada En El Presente Decreto, Estará Conformada: 1

°. La Comisión Interinstitucional creada en el presente decreto, estará conformada

La Ministra de Justifica y del Derecho, o el Viceministro, quien la presidirá.

Dos (2) representantes del Colegio de Notarios, designados por dicha colegiatura.

Dos (2) representantes de la Asociación Colombiana de Notarios designados por dicha asociación.

Dos (2) notarios, que no pertenezcan a las entidades antes señaladas, designados por la Ministra de Justicia y del Derecho.

El Superintendente de Notariado y Registro o su delegado. El Viceministro de Justicia y del Derecho será el Coordinador de la Comisión Interinstitucional que se crea con el presente decreto.
