Los contratos que celebre la Caja deberán contener las cláusulas que sobre garantías, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas, la ley exige para los del Gobierno, la declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por el Gerente con aprobación de la Junta Directiva.
