Conforme a lo dispuesto por el artículo 10 de la ley 75 de 1. 925, corresponde a la Corte Suprema de Justicia hacer el reconocimiento de derecho a sueldo de retiro en cada caso y previa la solicitud presentada por el Oficial de actividad cuyo retiro se haya decretado de acuerdo con las estipulaciones de la Ley 75 de 1. 925.
