El artículo 190 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, quedará así:

Artículo 190. NOTIFICACION POR ESTADO. Cuando no fuere posible la notificación personal a los sujetos procesales diferentes a los mencionados en el artículo 188 de este código, se hará la notificación por estado que se fijará tres días después, contados a partir de la fecha en que se haya realizado la diligencia de citación mediante telegrama dirigido a la dirección que aparezca registrada en el expediente. El estado se fijará por el término de un día en secretaria y se dejará constancia de la fijación y desfijación.
