ARTICULO 32. REPRESENTACION DE LA UNIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL DIRECCION NACIONAL ESTUPEFACIENTES. Para efectos de la materia de que trata este Decreto, la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección Nacional Estupefacientes a través del Director Nacional o su delegado, tendrá representación y capacidad para contratar y suscribir los actos administrativos que se requieran para ordenar gastos y pagos.
