Ley 867 de 2003 · por medio de la cual se aprueba el Acuerdo de Cooperación entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República del Ecuador en la Esfera de la Actividad Musical, suscrito en la ciudad de Santa Fe de Bogotá, el día veinte (20) del mes de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999).
