Artículo cuarto. Sin perjuicio de las exenciones otorgadas por medio del presente Decreto, la suspensión del visado no dispensa a sus beneficiarios de la obligación de observar las leyes y reglamentos vigentes en Colombia, respecto al ingreso, permanencia y salida de extranjeros.
