Los supervisores actualmente al servicio del Ministerio que no reúnan las condiciones de que habla el artículo anterior conservarán el salario y la categoría respectiva. Los supervisores dedicados a la orientación de la educación industrial y vocacional agrícola podrán pertenecer a la clase II, categoría 23 siempre y cuando posean el título de bachiller técnico o de normalista superior y reúnan las demás condiciones de que habla el artículo 3º de este Decreto.
