Las autoridades judiciales, administrativas, disciplinarias y militares deberán prestar toda su colaboración en el recaudo de los documentos con destino al centro de documentación y elaboración del documental, so pena de incurrir en falta grave conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 734 de 2002 .
