Convenios de reciprocidad. Los Excedentes de Liquidez de las entidades estatales podrán permanecer en cuentas o depósitos a la vista autorizados de conformidad con su régimen legal aplicable, cuando así se haya convenido como reciprocidad a servicios especiales que preste el establecimiento financiero donde se encuentren los recursos. Los convenios de reciprocidad deberán constar por escrito y determinarse en.ellos el objeto, la modalidad, el monto y el tiempo de la reciprocidad. Además, deberán guardar equilibrio entre el servicio prestado por la entidad financiera y la retribución pactada.
