A Partir De La Vigencia De La Ley 43 De 1975 La Creación De Nuevas Plazas De Maestros Y Profesores De Enseñanza Primaria Y Secundaria Con Cargo A La Nación Por Los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías, El Distrito Especial De Bogotá, Y Municipios, Sólo Podrá Autorizarse Por El Ministerio De Educación Previa Certificación Motivada De Los Delegados Del Ministerio Ante Los Fondos Educativos Regionales, En La Cual Se Acredite Su Necesidad Por Razón De Construcción De Nuevas Aulas O Establecimientos Educativos

º A partir de la vigencia de la Ley 43 de 1975 la creación de nuevas plazas de maestros y profesores de enseñanza primaria y secundaria con cargo a la Nación por los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías, el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, y Municipios, sólo podrá autorizarse por el Ministerio de Educación previa certificación motivada de los Delegados del Ministerio ante los Fondos Educativos Regionales, en la cual se acredite su necesidad por razón de construcción de nuevas aulas o establecimientos educativos.

Parágrafo

Los nombramientos hechos en contravención de este artículo carecen de validez.
