º. El registro de la licencia en las Cámaras de Comercio o la Alcaldía de la vecindad del interesado, deberá hacerse dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la fecha de su expedición y aquel remitirá un certificado de tal registro al Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias. La licencia que no sea registrada oportunamente carecerá de valor y quien hiciere uso de ella incurrirá en las sanciones que establece el Artículo 17 del Decreto número 2332 de 1947.
