En sitio adecuado del Capitolio nacional, que terminara el Gobierno, se erigirá un busto del General Uribe Uribe, en cuyo pedestal se garbaran estas palabras: "El Congreso de Colombia a Rafael Uribe Uribe en el primer centenario de su nacimiento 12 de abril d 1959". En seguida se grabaran el número y el año de la presente ley.
