Para la imposición de las sanciones de que tratan los artículos 13, 17, 18, 19, 20 y 21 del presente Decreto, las autoridades de Higiene, de Policía o las que hagan sus veces, se ceñirán al procedimiento ordenado por el Decreto número 2336 de 1936. Las providencias que dicten son apelables en el efecto devolutivo, conforme lo dispone el artículo 4º de la Ley 45 de 1946.
