Acusación del Fiscal. La acusación del Fiscal debe contener: 1° La narración sucinta de los hechos; 2° La identificación del autor o cómplice; 3° Los elementos constitutivos del delito que resulten demostrados; 4° El examen probatorio del dolo o culpa con que haya obrado el autor o el cómplice; 5° La calificación jurídica de los hechos con indicación de sus modalidades, y cuando se trate de delitos conexos al de contrabando, su denominación jurídica de acuerdo con el Capítulo o Título del respectivo Código Penal.
