º. Notificación y duración. En cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 4º de la Ley 241 de 1995, que reforma el artículo 14 de la Ley 104 de 1993, el presente acto administrativo deberá ser enviado inmediatamente a las entidades encargadas de hacer efectivas dichas órdenes de captura. La ejecución de las órdenes de captura quedan suspendidas hasta tanto el Gobierno Nacional decida lo contrario una vez culminado o interrumpido el proceso de negociación.
